Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Centric Brands Job Description for Egypt QA/Merchandiser (Hybrid)

• Primary Responsibilities: Quality Assurance function in Kenya
• Coordination of Fit, PP approval, PP meeting.
• Conduct Inline inspections, Final inspections.
• Follow up on Production WIP and report any challenges communicate to Asia Leads/NA Leads.
• Communicate inspection results for each production order with Head office
• Conduct full packaging inspection of components, execution, and stickers • Preparation and communication of daily quality inspection.
• WIP maintenance and Tracking
• Any Licensor/Customer QA w/Factories inclusive of packing instructions
• Factory Audits and Corrective Action Plan
• Tracking of Color, Bulk Fabric & Trim Approval
• Samples & Special Req’s- PD and Design
• QA w/Factories inclusive of packing instructions
• Report Review and support in problem resolution
• Compliance. On-boarding and Corrective Action
• Collaborator of Vendor Allocation and Sourcing Strategy
• Checking and sending official PO to factory & update delivery date on SAP.
• Coordinate with sales for the QTY/Delivery/direct shipment order Booking issue on HFC/CPO/PO

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

• Proven working experience in quality assurance / textile field
• Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for garment / textile
• Up to date with the latest QA /QC and best practices
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel
