Merchandiser (Socks)

• Product development, cost accounting, price negotiation
• Full process management of orders to ensure delivery of products on time, quality, and quantity according to customer requirements.
• According to customer requirements, interpret guidelines and product requests, assist in order creation and product production.
• Maintain close contact with the Production Team to update customer needs promptly and accurately, order data summary, etc.
• Familiar with operating Infor and SAP systems.
• Follow up contractual sample status, send sample photos and testing report to approvals team, ship physical samples with paperwork to licensors after we get approval.
• Maintain close communication with the design and quality assurance departments and follow up on products such as CBD&TECH PACK, Sample, PACKING, etc. until the final completion of the order.
• Assist managers to formulate supplier management plans and evaluation mechanisms to improve the quality of supplier management.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                       

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in merchandising.
• Independent, self-motivated, good team player and able to work with senior management team.
• Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer software.
• Familiar with sock structure, manufacturing, trimming, printing technology and other related fields, and have high sensitivity to cost.
