Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities
*Assist the design team from NY team to complete the received requests, good ability of software sketching
*Complete all the received support requests of style Tech Pack (sketch & detail)
*Work on all received support requests of graphic design, style design, trim style booklet, sizing measurement design.
*Support on additional & not-work-related ideas / opinions after receiving requests from NY team to help them make better decisions.
*Meeting the deadlines for finishing projects.
*Having knowledge of the latest software and making use of them in your design.
*Producing the best quality of work possible
*The designer should be able to sort out problems and mistakes in the design at the good pace.
*Bill of Material to add to TP

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

Additional Requirements
*Knowledge of the best design software available in the market, especially AI, Photoshop, 3D software is a plus
*Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
*Knowledge in production process
*Good learning capacity
*Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills


Competency Requirements (if applicable)
Behavioral Competencies:
*Bachelor’s Degree or above majored in fashion Design or Design related
*At least 3 years related experience in garment design, especially in multi-culture company background
*Ability to work fast
*English communication skills, especially written English. Experience of working with Northern American designers is a plus
*Good researching skills
*Clear logic, good communication skills, good problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility.

 

Language Proficiency:
Fluent English (speaking, reading and written)

 

Specific Working Conditions
Travel if required.
