Overall Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Data Analysis: Independently manage the full data lifecycle—from extraction, cleaning, and analysis to visualization—ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Solve Critical Business Problems: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data (e.g., order accuracy, supplier performance, process cycle times) to identify root causes and propose actionable improvement recommendations.
• Report & Dashboard Development: Design and develop automated reports and interactive dashboards to reduce manual reporting efforts and enable real-time monitoring of key performance indicators by business teams.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the data expert within the operations team, working closely with various departments (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain) to understand their data needs and deliver professional data solutions.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Identify manual and repetitive tasks in operational workflows and leverage scripting or AI tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate) to automate processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Data Quality Oversight: Establish and maintain data quality verification mechanisms to ensure accuracy and consistency of core system data, such as SAP.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to efficiently extract and process data from complex databases.
• Expertise in at least one data analysis programming language, such as Python or R, and familiarity with relevant data processing libraries.
• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete data analysis projects.
• Practical experience in applying AI tools to enhance business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex data findings to management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
• Fluent in English communication.
