Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

System Training

  • Coordinate with Corporate Training team in the US for planning the system training for but not limited to business systems such as Infor Nexus, Inspectorio, IBT, PLM, and SAP
  • Conduct orientation programs for new join associates on our business systems
  • Set up, onboard and provide system training to new Vendors as needed
  • Provide on-going support for end users, including large and small group trainings and one-on-one support as needed.
  • Coordinate subject matter experts within individual business units to leverage their expertise in delivering training and support.
  • Maintain, refine and update the training materials and ensure it is up-to-date per business needs and daily operations
  • Maintain training records for end users and business partners

System Support

  • Support the end users for issues encountered when using the business systems
  • Work with system vendors for trouble shooting
  • Collect feedback from end users on a regular basis and propose enhancements to the systems
  • Participate in the system design and implementation
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                       

  • Tertiary education
  • Experience in managing system training or system implementation will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proactive, strong problem solving and analytical skills, detailed minded and able to work under pressure and a fast pace environment with positive and can do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
  • Make sure to follow All the tasks assigned by manager/ team leader on time and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, and good team player
