Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities  

Through various inspection activities to ensure the consistent production quality, enough order quantity and on time delivery

 

  • Ensure daily inspection reports are reviewed and dispatched on time, consistently meeting required deadlines with necessary time flexibility
  • Manage Inspectorio activities, including TA audit assessments and related tasks when assigned
  • Prepare business reports and operational updates as requested
  • Analyze business data and deliver concise summaries and insights for the QAD
  • Develop presentations (PPT) to support business requirements, operational needs, and key quality concerns
  • Maintain and update essential tracking documents, including QA inspection schedules, QA leave records, claim management, and other reports as required by the QAD
  • Prepare, maintain, and update the inspectors’ factory allocation plan to ensure effective coverage
  • Follow Quality and Operational SOPs strictly while performing all responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all meeting documents within the IBS file and approval samples
  • Regularly follow up on production status and T&A (WIP) to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor factory production plans to align and maintain the daily inspection schedule
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with all relevant stakeholders on quality issues; coordinate resolution with the designated QA Manager and factory teams and ensure timely follow-up to closure
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports, CAPA documentation, and summaries for internal and buyer reference
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with factories to enhance process quality and meet required standards
  • Communicate updated requirements to factories as needed, including sharing relevant case studies and best practices
  • Attend internal meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and circulate to relevant teams as required
  • Organize and support training sessions to align factory teams with buyer requirements, inspection standards, and updated SOPs
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly records of inspections, defect trends, and quality performance KPIs when required
  • Demonstrate a strong service mindset with the ability to adapt responsibilities based on changing business needs
  • Maintain flexibility to work according to operational demands and workload priorities
  • Ability to accept the opportunity working beyond the border

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

Additional Requirements   

  • 5 years’ proven working experience in QA Coordinator in TIC, Brands, Buying House & Factory with data analysis skill and report preparation
  • Good knowledge of coordinator job process
  • Good knowledge of system in place
  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Textile degree preferable)
  • Good in written English to understand the documents in English and issue report
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) is highly required. Knowledge of QMS & Power BI will be considered a strong added advantage
