Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Quality Assurance Auditor Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and monitor the assigned factory Quality Management System (QMS) from raw material receiving (warehouse) to final shipment to ensure full compliance and consistent execution
  • Conduct and coordinate fit, PP approval, PP meetings, and ensure actions are implemented during bulk production
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections or any other inspections required by CB Brands based on production status and shipment timelines.
  • Follow up production WIP and T&A (WIP) regularly; identify risks, constraints, and escalate challenges to relevant leads and management
  • Perform product risk assessments during PP meetings and line reviews with factory representatives; take preventive actions to reduce defects
  • Supervise and ensure effective quality control practices across cutting, sewing, and finishing, including proper manpower and procedures in each section
  • Conduct internal QMS/technical audits as an internal auditor and work with section heads to create and close improvement action plans
  • Implement and maintain buyer technical requirements for technical audits, and support/attend audits as needed
  • Ensure implementation and control of key quality processes including sharp tool control, needle detection, and relevant safety/quality checkpoints
  • Maintain and control quality documentation, including QMS documents, SOPs, quality manuals, technical files, audit reports, and related records
  • Develop, update, and enforce Quality SOPs, standards, and checklists to drive consistent practices across all departments
  • Issue daily inspection reports and communicate inspection outcomes clearly to factories, internal teams, and Head Office within deadlines
  • Prepare and manage inspection reports, non-conformance reports, CAPA documents, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of corrective actions
  • Track and report quality KPIs, defect trends, and quality metrics; provide actionable summaries and business insights to the Quality leadership team
  • Lead and support continuous improvement (TQM) initiatives, including implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to improve quality performance
  • Implement and manage a traffic light system in sewing lines to track operator-wise defects and support corrective coaching
  • Implement and drive 5S and housekeeping across the factory; train departments and monitor ongoing compliance
  • Manage and monitor fabric, trim, and accessories inspection; collaborate with merchandising and suppliers to reduce defects from the source
  • Monitor and support the sample development process to ensure on-time submission, quality accuracy, and controlled changes for productivity improvement
  • Coordinate bulk fabric, trim approvals, running shade tracking, and ensure required inspection/approval records are available and updated
  • Conduct full packaging inspections, including components, execution, labeling, stickers, and packing instructions as per customer requirements
  • Coordinate and support Licensor/Customer QA activities, including factory communication and alignment on packing and quality instructions
  • Support vendor onboarding, compliance follow-up, and corrective action implementation to meet required standards
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams on vendor allocation and sourcing strategy, providing quality input to support business decisions
  • Ensure accurate handling of purchase orders (PO) and delivery updates in systems (e.g., SAP), and coordinate with sales for quantity/delivery/shipment bookings (HFC/CPO/PO).
  • Organize and deliver training for quality inspectors and factory teams on quality standards, buyer requirements, quality concepts, and quality awareness
  • Prepare and present business updates and presentations on operational needs, quality risks, audit outcomes, and improvement plans when required
  • Maintain strong cross-functional communication with factories, QA managers, merchandising, technical teams, and Head Office to resolve issues promptly and drive closure

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

Additional Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ working experience in QA/QC on Field
  • Good knowledge of QMS process as well as Quality Assurance
  • Good knowledge of system in place
  • Bachelor’s degree holder or Tech college diploma
  • Good in written English to understand the documents in English and issue report
