Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities

 

Compliance Forms Management (BHP, BCI & RCS)
• Manage and maintain Walmart BHP Forms, BCI Declaration Forms, and RCS Declaration Forms in line with Walmart QA Compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Walmart QA/Compliance Team (US), Design Team (US), and Fabric Team (Panyu) to collect accurate information and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely review, updates, and submission of compliance forms through continuous cross-functional communication.

 

BCI & RCS Applications Management
• Handle end-to-end processing of Walmart BCI Applications and RCS Applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work collaboratively with Walmart QA/Compliance Team (US), Design Team (US), and Fabric Team (Panyu) to align application data with product and material specifications.
• Track application status, follow up on pending actions, and support approval processes.

 

Packaging Template
• Prepare, review, and coordinate Walmart Packaging Template in accordance with Walmart packaging and labeling standards.
• Liaise with the Walmart QA/Compliance Team (US) and Design Team (US) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely revisions.

 

Layout Approvals
• Manage Walmart Layout Approvals, ensuring alignment with approved packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with the Walmart QA/Compliance Team (US) and Merchandising Teams.
• Ensure approved layouts are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

 

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
• Manage continuous back-and-forth email communication with cross-functional teams to support Walmart QA Compliance activities.
• Act as a coordination point between Walmart QA/Compliance (US), Design Team (US), Fabric Team (Panyu), Merchandising Teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.

 

Global Scope & Regional Coordination
• Manage work scope related to all countries where F&T Walmart operations are currently running and planned to be launched.
• Coordinate compliance requirements across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with country-specific regulations and Walmart standards.

 

Systems & Documentation Control
• Maintain organized and up-to-date Walmart compliance records using OneDrive, ensuring proper version control and secure access.
• Utilize BV OneSource for Walmart compliance submissions, tracking, and audit readiness.
• Support Walmart-related compliance data management and reporting activities within SAP.

 

Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance Support
• Monitor the status of Walmart forms, applications, packaging, and approvals, proactively following up on pending actions.
• Provide regular updates and status reports on Walmart compliance activities.
• Support Walmart audits, reviews, and internal compliance checks by providing accurate and complete documentation.

Additional Requirements

 

• Knowledge in SAP/INFOR NEXUS system & BV One Source
• Knowledge in production process
• Good experience or technical knowledge in using office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
• Multitasking
• Open for nighttime conference call with US team

 

Behavioral Competencies
• University Degree or above
• Clear logic, good communication skills, good problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility.
• Actively communicate and coordinate with teams and vendors, timely and accurately complete the tasks

 

Language Proficiency
Fluent English (speaking, reading and written)
