Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities

 

  • Development Assistance:
    • Assist with research and data collection to inform development decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Excel Process Streamlining:
    • Evaluate and optimize existing Excel spreadsheets for efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement advanced Excel functions and automation tools to streamline data processing.
    • Develop and maintain templates and macros to standardize reporting and analysis.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to the team.

Additional Requirements

 

• Proven working experience in merchandising field.
• Knowledge of Belt manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation and visual aesthetics.
• Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe products.

 

Language Proficiency
Fluent in English, Mandarin.
