Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities                                                                                                                                          

Handle end to end product’s development till SMS shipment, ensure the right quality, right vendor, right price and on time delivery.

  • Oversee all new sourcing; attend exhibitions to identify suitable mill suppliers and establish a sourcing database to support future development and analysis.
  • Manage product development, costing, and price negotiation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Closely monitor the sampling approval process for multiple brands, ensuring timely submission and high-quality execution.
    • Handle approximately 2,000–3,000 SKUs annually, with about 1,300–1,400 SKUs during the peak fall season.
  • Regularly follow up on sample capacity, sample WIP, ensuring on-time delivery and providing timely reports.
  • Maintain effective, clear, and timely communication with both internal teams (overseas office colleagues) and external partners, acting as a key bridge between all parties.
  • Maximize customer interest while maintaining target margin levels.
  • Build constructive customer relationships and work effectively with channel partners.
  • Collect all brands' SMS and work with vendors to increase buyer interest in our products, thereby securing potential orders.
  • Manage all SMS styles collection and coordinate with photographers to provide images as requested by customers, helping to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Department.

  • By visiting factories and communicating with workers to get knowledge of our all-product categories manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, PLM & SAP

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                          

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of textile and garment production process
  • Understanding multiple ERP systems and be able to work with such in an effective and productive manner
  • Proactiveness with good communication skills and trouble shooting
  • Ability to handle multi-task, work under pressure independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills, familiar with Microsoft Office, especially for Excel formula
  • Flexibility to work overtime, adjusted hours, or occasional weekends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management
