Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Overall Responsibilities:


Support and manage HR operations, including recruitment/talent acquisition and core HR services for the China/South China team.

 

Compensation & Benefits


• Review monthly attendance and leave quotas/balances (incl. social service year & Centric service year).
• Prepare payroll-related data for monthly changes for South China employees.
• Coordinate contractor payroll and payment processing via third-party providers.
• Follow up on commercial insurance enrollment/exit/changes and payment status monthly.
• Administer sick leave and special leave cases per Centric China policies with accurate data and reporting.
• Support employees/managers with general questions on China IIT and annual/monthly processes; maintain confidentiality.
• Work with vendors, local HRM, and Regional HK HR to ensure smooth salary/benefits/payroll issue resolution.


Recruitment
• Support job posting, CV screening, and phone interview coordination.
• Support onboarding procedures, including employment contract preparation.
• Coordinate with third-party HR firm for onboarding and documentation support.
• Coordinate new hire induction/orientation and respond to new hire queries.


Talent Management & Development
• Support HR Managers on Asia/China HR projects as needed.
• Assist with training initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, onsite training).


Employee Relationship (ER)
• Support employee relations and counsel employees at all levels in a change environment.
• Facilitate offboarding processes.


Other HR Operations
• Provide administrative support across the employee life cycle for local onsite teams.
• Coordinate with HR service providers and resolve service issues.
• Perform ad hoc HR tasks.

 

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in multinational organizations
• Fluent English ability, both written and oral
• In house multi-national HRSSC job experience will be preferred
• Independent, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, hands-on, detailed minded and sensitive to
• numbers
• Knowledge of employee relations, HR/legal/regulatory issues, and applicable laws
• Good interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of employees
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
